Nick Stebbing

Nick joined Saltus as our Chief Operating Officer in 2017 and overseas the day-to-day operations of the business. Nick focuses on creating a great client experience and operational efficiency through people development, technological deployment and process improvement. He leads our Client Services, Paraplanning and Platform Operations teams and has over 20 years of experience, starting his career in 1997 for Lloyds before taking on several senior roles at Citibank and BNY Mellon.

In his spare time, Nick is a charity trustee at a multi academy trust and run director at Parkrun. He has 3 kids to keep him busy but in occasional, quiet moments he jumps on his bike for an explore.

Nick has an MA in Jurisprudence from Oxford University.
