Lauren has significant expertise in helping private clients navigate retirement, investment, and tax planning. She is deeply committed to understanding each client’s individual goals, designing clear and intuitive strategies that empower them to make the most of their financial opportunities.
With a particular specialism in cash flow modelling, Lauren creates tailored plans that bring clarity and confidence to long term decision making. In addition to her work with private clients, she advises corporate clients on all aspects of employee benefits and delivers engaging financial education and guidance sessions to support their teams.
Lauren joined Saltus in 2024 following its merger with Forrester-Hyde. She is a Chartered Financial Planner and holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning. After graduating from the University of Surrey with a law degree, Lauren directed her precision and analytical skills to a career in finance.
Lauren’s approach is thoughtful, clear, and client focused. She ensures every recommendation is grounded in a deep understanding of her clients’ financial goals and life ambitions.

Away from the office, Lauren is at her happiest in the great outdoors accompanied by her dog, Doris, who shares her love for all things adventurous.
