Adam is dedicated to helping clients make confident, well‑informed financial decisions at every stage of life. He specialises in long term investment planning, retirement strategy, and the efficient transfer of wealth supporting clients as their circumstances evolve and ensuring their financial plans evolve with them. Known for his clear, thoughtful, and personalised approach, Adam focuses on understanding each client’s goals and providing high quality advice tailored to their individual needs.

Central to his philosophy is a commitment to exceptional service. Adam works closely with clients, building trusted relationships and offering ongoing guidance as they navigate key life events and financial milestones. He believes in delivering the same standard of care he would expect to receive himself – transparent and always aligned with the client’s best interests.

Adam began his career with a large insurance company before gaining further experience with a high‑street bank. He joined Birchwood Investment Management in 2006 as a paraplanner and progressed to an adviser, supporting his own clients from 2010 onwards. Following the successful merger with Birchwood, Adam joined Saltus as a Partner in 2026, where he continues to develop both personally and professionally while maintaining the high standards his clients value.
