Theo is incredibly passionate about financial planning and demonstrating the value it can add to clients’ lives. He takes the time to understand each client’s personal circumstances and objectives, enabling him to provide tailored advice that supports their long term goals. Theo specialises in retirement planning and estate planning and is skilled at explaining complex financial matters in a clear and simple way.
Theo is a Chartered Financial Planner and qualified Pension Transfer Specialist. With almost two decades of experience across the professional and financial services sectors, he brings a broad range of knowledge and insight to his role. He began his career within a Big Four accountancy practice before spending more than a decade with one of the UK’s largest wealth management firms. Theo joined Saltus in 2026 following the successful merger with NLP Financial Management.
Theo is a member of the Personal Finance Society, Chartered Insurance Institute and Association of Taxation Technicians.

At home...
Outside of work, Theo is mostly kept busy by his young daughter. He also enjoys watching and playing sport, hiking, films, travel and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
