Theo is incredibly passionate about financial planning and demonstrating the value it can add to clients’ lives. He enjoys taking the time to get to know clients to understand their unique personal circumstances and objectives so that he can provide tailored advice. Theo specialises in retirement planning and estate planning and is skilled at explaining complex matters in a clear and simple manner.
He is a Chartered Financial Planner and qualified pension transfer specialist. Theo has almost two decades of experience across the professional and financial services industries initially within a Big Four accountancy practice. He has spent the last ten years at one of the largest wealth management firms, before joining Saltus in 2026 after its successful merger with NLP Financial Management.
Theo is a member of the Personal Finance Society, Chartered Insurance Institute and Association of Taxation Technicians.

At home...
Outside of work, Theo is mostly kept busy by his young daughter. He also enjoys watching and playing sport, hiking, films, travel and spending as much time as possible with family and friends.
