Known for his clear, thoughtful, and personalised approach, Adam focuses on understanding each client’s goals and providing high quality advice tailored to their individual needs.

Adam has built a successful career spanning two decades in financial services, developing extensive expertise across investment planning, retirement strategies and wealth management. After beginning his career with a large insurance company and subsequently broadening his experience with a high street bank, he joined Birchwood Investment Management in 2006. Since becoming a Financial Adviser in 2010, Adam has spent more than 15 years advising individuals and families, helping them navigate complex financial decisions and build long term financial security. Following the successful merger with Birchwood, Adam joined Saltus as a Partner in 2026, where he continues to develop both personally and professionally while maintaining the high standards his clients value.
