With over 35 years of experience in the investment industry, Andy has expertise managing portfolios and leading cross-asset investment committees, product groups, and risk oversight and governance initiatives.
As Chairman of the Board at Saltus Partners LLP and our Asset Management business, Andy continues to help drive strategic growth, investment performance, and continued improvement in governance and oversight.
Throughout his career, Andy has always enjoyed leading and supporting colleagues and spent 25 years managing and mentoring teams across investment platforms. This includes launching, growing, and managing innovative investment strategies and projects in both the UK and US markets. In addition to financial expertise, Andy brings board and governance experience gained through active involvement with two UK charities, with a particular emphasis on social responsibility and community engagement.

A lifelong Crystal Palace fan and season ticket holder, Andy plays 5-a-side football and is a dedicated long-distance runner. He loves music and sings in The Lloyds Choir, whilst also supporting various charities, including serving as an ex-Trustee of Connect and advising the “Palace For Life Foundation.” Additionally, he sponsors educational initiatives in South London and Myanmar.
