Baldeep joined Saltus in 2026 following the merger with NLP Financial Management Ltd. He has over a decade of experience in the Financial Services industry, beginning at St. James’s Place and subsequently working as a Financial Planner at NLP Financial Management Ltd.
He holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute. Baldeep graduated with a degree in Economics in 2011.
