Baldeep has over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. Throughout his career, he has worked closely with individuals and families, helping them navigate a wide range of financial planning matters and make informed decisions about their financial future. Baldeep joined Saltus in 2026 following the merger with NLP Financial Management Ltd.
He holds the Diploma in Financial Planning and is a member of the Personal Finance Society and the Chartered Insurance Institute. Baldeep graduated with a degree in Economics in 2011.
