Ella is passionate about unpacking complex financial topics and delivering news that matters in a clear, accessible way. With close to five years in the finance industry, she has a solid understanding of markets, economic trends, and consumer finance. 

She began her career in London at Tandem Bank, an award-winning sustainable bank, where she spent a number of years crafting insightful financial content and helping shape the bank’s voice on key issues. Prior to this, she worked in Australia at The Dubs, a global digital marketing and media agency specialising in the finance sector. In addition to her commentary work, she currently manages all content at Saltus, ensuring coverage is informative, engaging, and relevant. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts and a Master’s of Publishing from the University of Sydney.
