Gershom Chan
Chartered Financial Planner, Partner
Gershom is passionate about guiding people through their financial journey, focusing on understanding their aspirations and creating plans that truly reflect what matters most to them. Gershom specialises in helping clients take control of their finances and align them with their personal ambitions, whether that means travelling, attending sporting events, exploring art and music, or spending quality time with family. His expertise includes wealth accumulation through disciplined financial habits and succession planning with a focus on inheritance tax.
With over 15 years of experience in financial services, Gershom has worked in a variety of roles across major banks and boutique wealth managers. His career began in Edinburgh with RBS and NatWest, where he completed his Level 4 Diploma prior to the 2012 Retail Distribution Review. He later advised clients at Lloyds Bank before moving into technical and leadership positions, including Head of Financial Planning at Lowes. He is now a Chartered Financial Planner and Partner at Saltus, following its acquisition of Lowes in 2025.
