Janine specialises in pension and inheritance tax planning.

She holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a qualified pension transfer specialist. Janine joined Saltus in 2026 after its merger with NLP Financial Management. She has over 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry, becoming a Chartered Financial Planner in 2013.

Janine combines deep technical expertise with a clear, concise communication style to support clients in reaching their financial goals.
