Janine enjoys working with a range of clients, getting to know them and understanding what they are looking to achieve from their investments. She is skilled at explaining complex issues in a clear and concise manner, ensuring clients fully understand their circumstances and the options available to them. Janine has particular expertise in pension planning and inheritance tax planning, helping clients make informed decisions with confidence.

With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Janine has built a successful career spanning both technical and advisory roles. Having worked as a paraplanner before becoming a financial adviser in 2008, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of financial planning and the challenges clients face at different stages of life. She joined Saltus in 2026 following the merger with NLP Financial Management.

Janine is a Chartered Financial Planner, a designation awarded to advisers who demonstrate the highest levels of professional knowledge, ethical standards and expertise. She also holds the Advanced Diploma in Financial Planning and is a qualified Pension Transfer Specialist. Her extensive technical knowledge and long-standing experience enable her to support clients across a wide range of complex financial planning needs.
