Josh’s approach to advising begins with taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances, goals and aspirations. He has a particular interest in helping people gain clarity around their finances, and focuses on delivering personalised, robust and flexible plans without unnecessary complexity or industry jargon.
Josh supports clients across a wide range of planning needs, including long term financial planning, estate planning and inheritance tax planning. His focus is on creating clear, adaptable strategies that help clients make informed decisions and feel genuinely confident about their financial future. Josh is passionate about empowering individuals to fully understand their financial position.
Josh joined Saltus in 2021 with a background in money broking and has since achieved Chartered Fellow of the Personal Finance Society (PFS). This is one of the highest designations in the profession and reflects his commitment to technical excellence and high ethical standards. He also holds a first‑class BA (Hons) in Business and Management from the University of Exeter, where he gained international experience studying in Canada.

Outside of work, he likes to spend his free time outdoors, often found walking with Effy (his cockapoo), going cold water swimming or heading off on trips in his campervan. He also enjoys travel, rugby, and food.
