Alex Spreckley

Alex is the Managing Director of Saltus Financial Planning and looks after a small number of longstanding clients. Alex is Chair of the SFP Board, which is responsible for the provision of regulated financial advice to Saltus clients. He is passionate about the positive force that holistic financial planning can make to people’s lives and their financial wellbeing; for Alex it’s all about “trust & integrity” in the process. Alex volunteers his time and expertise with the PFS Education Champions initiative to educate young people as they start their journey to adulthood and begin their careers.

For over 20 years Alex has held positions along the client journey, including administration, report writing, investment and financial advice, and leadership, giving him an acute awareness of the client experience. This insight helps Alex to develop and implement better working practices, which helps ensure Saltus’s clients receive a service that exceeds their expectations.

In 2018 Alex was named as one of the PAM Top 40 Under 40, which recognises the rising stars of the private client wealth management world. Alex is also a Certified Financial Planner and has reached the gold standard of Chartered Fellow by examination of the Personal Finance Society (PFS) and the Chartered Institute to Securities and Investments (CISI).

Alex lives in Kent with his family and outside of work loves rugby, especially Harlequins rugby, and has a growing interest in motorbikes!
