Kathryn Kendall

Kathryn joined the business in December 2022 as Saltus’ first Chief People Officer, with responsibility for all things people and culture. Kathryn is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and has more than twenty years’ experience heading up HR functions across a variety of different sectors.

Kathryn is passionate about ensuring work is a great place to be for absolutely everyone – because life is far too short to spend it dreading Monday mornings! She has extensive experience in the design of employee experiences at work within fast moving, high growth environments, using HR technology to support our people and ensure that they are able to consistently deliver amazing outcomes for our clients.

Away from work, Kathryn can mostly be found acting as a part-time taxi driver for her two children: taking her son Jamie to and from rehearsals with his theatre group, or standing on the side of a football pitch, supporting her daughter Beth who is an avid footballer.
