Data Integrity Administrator

We are looking for a well organised, proactive and focused individual to join our growing Data team, playing a key role in surfacing data quality issues and resolving them in a timely manner within our fast-growing wealth management business for the benefit of our teams and our clients. Saltus Partners was founded in 2004 and has grown organically and through a small number of carefully integrated acquisitions. Originally the business started out as an investment manager and has now developed the financial planning side of the offering, putting this at the forefront of the client relationship.

Today Saltus manages and advises on over £3 billion of client assets, acquired through a combination of organic business growth and corporate acquisitions.

 

Can you tell me more about the role?

We believe that data is everything. It supports our strategic decision making; it helps us understand our customers; it allows automation and efficiencies. Being data-centric sits at the heart of our technology strategy. In this newly-created role within our Data team, you will collaborate with teams across the business and will be able to demonstrate a real passion for data and the impact it can have. Duties will include the following:

  • Creating, maintaining and updating new and existing data in our CRM
  • Ensuring data is correct, accurate and adheres to our data guidelines
  • Performing bulk importing of data across our CRM systems
  • Identify data discrepancies using our in house tools
  • Reconciling information across different systems
  • Feeding back to internal stakeholders to ensure data issues are resolved and there are preventative actions in place

 

What skills and experience do I need to have?

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has a can-do attitude and is able to use their initiative to bring about positive change
  • Thrives on problem solving and is able to suggest solutions
  • Accurate data entry with a sharp eye for detail
  • Strong team player who can work closely with other team members plus other departments to ensure our data is accurate
  • Is able to influence colleagues to follow processes and see the value in data if stored properly
  • Good organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
  • Advanced excel skills

You’ll get bonus points if you can also demonstrate any of the following:

  • Previous experience working in the financial industry
  • Exposure to data analysis tools including SQL, PBI

 

Where will I be working?

We’re incredibly flexible about where, when and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for. Ideally, you’d be able to be based out of our Whiteley office for a couple of days each week, working the remainder of the week from home. What benefits do I get when working for Saltus?

You’ll get a salary of between £25,000 – £30,000pa, dependent on experience, alongside 28 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection and a pension, alongside access to our flexible benefits platform.
