Marketing Administrator
London Office | Hybrid Working | Salary up to £33k DOE + excellent benefits
Introduction
We are recruiting for a graduate looking for experience in a successful and dynamic sales and marketing team. Saltus place marketing at the forefront of its business strategy so the successful candidate will need the enthusiasm and intellect to support the creative and analytical functions of the team.
The successful candidate does not need to have any experience in marketing or financial services but needs to have a willingness to learn and develop the skills for a career in marketing. A degree in any subject is preferable.
The role will be based in our London office, with a hybrid combination of office and home-based working. Occasional travel to other offices will be required.

What does this role look like?
The role will report to the Marketing Manager, and the key areas of responsibility are as follows:
- Contributing to a fantastic experience for our clients through our communications to them, including our newsletters, articles and email communications.
- Assisting with brand work, including creative design, documentation management and PR activities.
- Supporting our reach by promoting creative content on our website and social media platforms.
- Monitoring our success through dashboards and data analysis.
- Working with our PR, digital, website and design agencies to assist in developing engaging collateral and content across multi channels.
- Support the integration team with the branding and communication journey for acquired businesses joining the Saltus group

The successful candidate will be:

Where will I be working?
We are looking for someone to be based out of our London office, and offer hybrid working, which includes 3 days in the office, with the remainder at home. We’re incredibly flexible about when and how you work: we don’t want anyone to be prevented from coming to work for Saltus as a result of the working pattern that they’re looking for. What benefits do I get when working for Saltus?
The salary is between £28,000-£33,000 per annum depending on experience, alongside 25 days’ holiday (plus bank holidays), life assurance, income protection and a pension, alongside access to our flexible benefits platform. The role is 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 8.30-5.30pm.
